Biography
Marisa Franch was born in the Northern
Alps of Italy and grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in the early
seventies. Her passions have always been photography, painting, and
writing. “I had an eye from a very young age”.
Ms. Franch has spent over twenty years in the fashion industry working closely
with designers such as the late Perry Ellis and Daniel Hechter.
Today she is still involved in the fashion design business and continues to work
closely with European suppliers on trends and marketing strategies to implement
in the American market.
Ms. Franch began her work with digital photography in 2002. “Nature
and color along with symmetry is actually my inspiration. My
travels have brought me to experience the beauty of our world
and through the eye of my camera I truly hope I can transmit
that same splendor to you.”
